I listen to this audio atleast once a week. Very therapeutic in reprogramming my thoughts. Thank you Iyanla. I have the book too, but the audio version I like more because it helps me “feel” and process the information down into my soul. She did a tour celebrating 25 years of this book. I went to see her 6.1.19. Very empowering and inspiring. Thank you for takin’ up space in this world!
