Secured Electronic Transaction - The majority of our customers prefer this option.  Your preferred Credit Card is transmitted to us via our secured encrypted system that protects and prevents any unauthorized disclosure or use.  This is the fastest and most secure way to ensure your order is into the queue for processing.

Submit Via FAX and Purchase Order  - You may prefer not to provide your credit card information via the internet.  If so, you can select this option and print your order and FAX it to our processing center with your credit card or other payment information.  This option can also be used to provide us with an authorized Corporate, School, or Library purchase order.  If you wish to use a purchase order you must submit an order via the site and attached the order to your purchase order. FAXED orders are processed immediately upon receipt

Submit Via Mail and Purchase Order - Provides the opportunity to pay via personal, corporate check, or money order.  You can select this option and print your order, along with a convenient mailing label, and forward to our mail order desk.  Corporate, School, or Library purchase orders may also be submitted via mail.  If you wish to use a purchase order you must submit an order via the site and attached the order to your purchase order. Mail orders are received daily, except Sundays and Holidays, and placed into the order queue the day they are received.

Via Trade-in Credit on File Many customers participate in our Trade-in program and have submitted previously listened-to titles for credit towards the purchase of other titles offered by us.  If you are a trade-in program participant and have an outstanding credit on file you should choose this option for payment of your order.  If the amount of the order is greater than your credit, you will be given the option to provide a credit card for the balance of payment.  All orders received, via this option, are immediately placed into the processing queue.
